A framed original 1915 Thomas D. Murphy Company calendar featuring Fetch will accompany the lot.

Stick biographer Michael F. Mordell wrote, “The Thomas D. Murphy Company used this image on its calendars for several years. It is a delicate scene with excellent background detail: a split-rail fence stretches across a lush meadow toward a distant tree line. The hunter has successfully taken a bobwhite quail with his side-by-side shotgun, and his retriever stands ready to place the bird in his owner’s hand.”
