According to the artist, “To the outdoorsman, autumn is the cherished season. Every moment of venturing into game country is savoured: the horses and their tack, wall tents and wood stoves, traveling by horse before light and after dark, every day climbing for all you are worth, often with no reward except for the handsome view. In the end, his ancient song is my ancient song.”
