Bob Kuhn wrote, “The white-tailed deer, which is almost as adaptable to man’s encroachment as the coyote, is our neighbor in Connecticut. I see does fairly often from my house. The bucks are warier and my sightings are generally limited to road crossings. But they’re here alright–and thriving.”
