Describing this painting the artist wrote, “The light coming through the clouds is what Suzie and I call ‘God Light.’ There is an old Bedouin legend that says, ‘And God took a handful of southerly wind, blew his breath over it and created the horse.’ Therefore, the horse is ‘God’s Gift to Man.’”
